With 32.000 movements per second, the Piezo®-technology provides an oscillation behavior equally to the tooth surface. The precisely defined movements of the instrument oscillate between tooth and gingiva and preserves the adjoining tissue and the subjacent nerves from injury.

Scaler-tips – Innovative Diamond-Like Carbon Coating
The high quality DLC coating makes the surface of our scaler-tips extremely hard and wear-resistant. Therefore, an up to 40% longer lifetime can be achieved. Additionally, DLC coated scalertips offer an optimum view through the reflection-pour suface. DLC coating is available on a great variety of MK-dent scaler-tips.
